We recommend you read the description of the task when claiming it. The description of the tasks includes the days and times when the stores are open so be sure to go during those times!

If you are going to do the task and the description says that the store is open, claim the task once you are ready to begin. If you arrive and the store is closed, indicate this by taking a few pictures from the outside and submit the task. 

If you reached the correct location and the store was closed at that time, unlike what was written, the situation will be investigated by our team and if it is found to be justified, the reward will be credited to your Bounty account accordingly. Sometimes stores close without notifying our team so you may be still rewarded for going there. This is on a per case basis.
